In your role, you will be leading the Qualibrate Customer Success team. The goal of the team is to secure customer success by implementing product and industry best practices and helping customers getting best value of the products and services delivered.
As a Customer Success Manager, you are the face of the organization and will be responsible for the overall customer relationship as it relates to their usage of Qualibrate products. The CustomerSuccess Manager is the trusted advisor and will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the appropriate customer success initiatives are presented to the customer.
The Customer Success Manager must demonstrate the ability to work with Qualibrate’s customers by working proactively and collaboratively with our global and local teams. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding customers and increasing user engagement throughout the life cycle of the relationship.
